Can I apply discount/promo codes on a Gift Card?

Any discount/ promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards.

Can I convert the currency of Gift Card?

We are unable to change the currency for purchase. Gift cards cannot be redeemed in regions with a different currency. For example, if you are located in the United States, you can buy or use a gift card in USD currency only.

Can I modify the recipient email address of a Digital Gift Card after I've paid for it?

No, all paid Gift Card cannot be amended, returned or refunded. CASETiFY is not liable for delivery of a Digital Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Is it a one-off Gift Card?

When you use a Gift Card in store or online, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the Gift Card. If your purchase totals less than the value of the Gift Card, any remaining balance will be left on your Gift Card to spend in future. However, additional value cannot be added to any Gift Card and change will not be given.

Can I use my Gift Card to make purchases online or at retail stores?

Yes, you may use your Gift Card to make purchases online or at our retail stores (except CASETiFY retail stores in Taiwan, Japan, France, Korea and Thailand). To use your Physical Gift Card online, please scratch off the holographic panel on the Gift Card and apply the Gift Card Code at the checkout page. For Japan and Thailand, you may use your digital Gift Card to make purchases online and physical Gift Card to make purchases in CASETiFY retail stores. Gift card can only be redeemed for any purchases in the same currency.

Will the amount of purchasing Gift Card be included in the CASETiFY Club purchase amount?

Membership points will be calculated in the purchaser account when purchasing Gift Card. No extra point will be assigned to the user redeeming the Gift Card.
